Operating from Warsaw, Poland allows us to offer our motion platforms at more affordable prices due to reduced shipping expenses. To further reduce costs, we ship our platforms in batches, ensuring you get the best value possible.

Along with value, we prioritize quality above everything else, which is why we use premium services like FedEx and DHL to deliver to your doorstep, while also insuring all packages to minimize any risks related to shipping.

DHL FedEx

Our shipping process typically takes around 3-4 weeks from order to delivery at your doorstep. While the shipping fee might seem high, it’s because the platform is shipped in two large, heavy-duty boxes. Rest assured, this careful packaging guarantees the safety of your simulator during transit.

Once your payment is processed, we immediately begin preparing your order for shipment. Within 5-10 days, your platform is ready to be sent out, and you’ll receive a notification email, complete with tracking information. Please note that products from our partners, including SRS, Sparco, and Puma, are shipped separately to ensure you receive all items promptly and in perfect condition.

Warranty

Our full warranty covers your platform from the moment it leaves the factory and lasts for one year. For extra assurance, we also offer an optional +1-year warranty, providing extended support so you can continue to enjoy our exceptional service even longer.
