Important Rules for Using DOF Reality Promo Codes and Affiliate programs

To ensure transparency and fairness in the use of DOF Reality (hereinafter referred to as the Company) promotional codes or affiliate link by influencers or ambassadors (hereinafter referred to as Influencers), we provide guidelines for their usage.

  1. 1. The discount promo code cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. It is only valid for future orders placed during the specified period.
  2. 2. Promo codes are not valid during periods when specific models are on sale. Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined, and only one promo code can be used per transaction.
  3. 3. Promotional codes are typically set for a certain period. Afterward, the Company decides whether to retain, remove, or issue a new code.
  4. 4. Promo codes are permitted for use only on Influencers’ accounts on established social media platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, and Twitter). If an Influencer wishes to use a promo code on any other platform not listed here, they must consult the Company before publishing it.
  5. 5. The use of promo codes in titles, headlines, or descriptions, as well as leaving promo codes in searchable text, is prohibited.
  6. 6. The expression “DOF Reality promo code” in textual format is not allowed, and the use of “DOF Reality,” “promo,” and “code” (or “promocode”) in a single sentence is prohibited.

Inappropriate Example Descriptions:

    “Use DOF Reality promo code ‘promo code abc5’ for 5% off!”
    “You can apply that promo code from DOF Reality”

Appropriate Example Descriptions:

    “Get your motion rig here: https://dofreality.com”
    “Use my promo code for 5% off!”
    “Video contains promo code”
    “Video contains promo code from DOF Reality”
    “Watch video to get promo code from DOF Reality”
    “Use the promo code mentioned in the video to get 5% off”

Influencers are permitted to mention the promo code in the video or audio and explain how to find it, for example, in the video description. It is the sole responsibility of the Influencer to prevent, monitor, and remove leaked promo codes published in the public domain. The Influencer must inform the Company within 24 hours after discovering leaked promo codes. In the event of promo code leakage discovery, the Company reserves the right to retroactively remove all cashback and other Influencer incentives for up to two months in the past.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, manage promotional codes/links, including adding or removing them at any time, on a scheduled or unscheduled basis, and changing the rules of use and operation at any time.

The Company reserves the right to cancel promotional codes and/or affiliate program in cases that may negatively affect its reputation, lead to unfair use, and/or other reasons prematurely. The Company reviews affiliate accounts in order to and irregular activities associated with referral codes, including its placement on unverified, unauthorized or scam-related resources, as well as resources that don’t belong to a code/link owner (third party social media accounts/channels and portals). We also take into account external complaints linked to those sources .

All notifications regarding the activation and deactivation of promo codes will be handled by the Company via email at [email protected].

The fact that Influencers are using promotional codes confirms their acknowledgement and agreement with these rules and that they do not and will not have any claims to the Company regarding the promo codes and any associated rewards.
