Official Rules

1. Organizer & Prize

1.1 Organizer of the “DOF Reality FlightSimExpo Ticket Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”): DOF Reality.

1.2 Ticket prize: 10 tickets to FlightSimExpo 2026 (June 12–14, Saint Paul RiverCentre, Saint Paul, MN). Ten (10) winners able to attend in person each receive one ticket.

1.3 Store-credit prize: in addition, three (3) winners are selected from among all entrants who participated but cannot attend. Each receives up to 10% store credit toward a DOF Reality platform at dofreality.com.

1.4 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. In force-majeure circumstances affecting a winner, a prize may be converted into a special promo code.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to individuals 18 or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Open worldwide except where prohibited or restricted by law; void where prohibited. Tickets require travel to Saint Paul, MN — all travel, accommodation, and related costs are the winner’s responsibility.

2.3 One entry per person. Duplicate entries (matching email, phone, IP, or other identifying data) may be removed.

2.4 Employees of the Organizer (DOF Reality), its affiliates, and their immediate family members may be excluded at the Organizer’s discretion.

3. How to Enter

3.1 During the entry period, visit the DOF Reality giveaway landing page and submit the form: Name, Email, Country, your answer to one question, and whether you can attend in Saint Paul on June 12–14.

3.2 Tick the required box: “I am 18 or older and I accept the Giveaway Rules.”

3.3 By submitting, you may also opt in to receive emails from DOF Reality with news, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3.4 Entry closes June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM New York time (ET).

4. How Winners Are Chosen

4.1 This is a skill-based contest, not a random draw. Winners are selected by the Organizer (DOF Reality) based on the quality, specificity, and originality of their answer — not on follower count or chance.

4.2 The Organizer selects ten (10) ticket winners from entrants able to attend, and three (3) store-credit winners from entrants unable to attend.

4.3 Judging decisions are final. The Organizer may verify eligibility (age, contact accuracy) and disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of these Rules.

4.4 Winners are notified by email and announced June 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM New York time (ET). Because the show begins June 12, a winner must confirm within 24 hours; if they do not respond, decline, or are disqualified, the Organizer may select another entrant or offer an alternative in the form of a promo code.

5. Data, Platforms & Acceptance

5.1 Personal data (Name, Email, Country, your answer) is processed to run and administer the Giveaway and, with your separate consent, to send DOF Reality news and offers — in line with applicable law, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, or deletion, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. See the Privacy Policy [link].

5.2 This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, or any other platform. Direct all questions to DOF Reality, not to the platforms.

5.3 The Organizer may modify the timeline or terms for legal or technical reasons; updates will be posted at dofreality.com.

5.4 Entering the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
