1.1. The organizer of the “DOF Reality Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is DOF Reality (full legal name, address, and contact email to be specified).
1.2. The Contest is conducted on the Organizer’s website and in the official DOF Reality social media accounts.
1.3. These Rules define the procedure for participation in the Contest, the conditions for selecting the winner, and the rules for receiving the prize.
2.1. The participation period of the Contest runs from January 22, 2026 to March 1, 2026, inclusive (UTC time).
2.2. Participant registration closes on March 1, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC).
2.3. The prize draw and winner selection are planned to take place between March 2 and March 5, 2026.
2.4. The winner will be announced within seven (7) calendar days after the draw is conducted.
3.1. The Contest is open to participants from most countries worldwide, except for jurisdictions where such promotional activities are prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3.2. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
4.1. Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
4.2. The participant must provide accurate contact information and have access to the specified email address.
4.3. Each participant may register only once. The Organizer reserves the right to remove duplicate entries based on matching email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or other identifying data.
4.4. At the Organizer’s discretion, employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.
5.1. The prize pool of the Contest consists of one main prize.
5.2. The main prize: the winner will receive one of the following options, at their choice:
5.3. The prize option is selected by the winner after notification of winning, within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon with the Organizer.
5.4. The approximate retail value of each prize option is indicated on the Contest landing page and may also be specified in these Rules (amounts to be inserted after approval).
5.5. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods, except where the Organizer, at its sole discretion, offers an equivalent alternative prize.
6.1. Main participation (website form)
6.1.1. To participate in the Contest during the period specified in Section 2, the participant must:

6.2. Additional social media activity (separate promotional campaign)
6.2.1. After completing the form, the participant may optionally take part in a separate promotional campaign by DOF Reality and become eligible for additional discounts and promo codes.
6.2.2. To do so, the participant is invited to:
6.2.3. Among participants who complete the actions described in Section 6.2.2, the Organizer will conduct a separate draw for discounts and promo codes for DOF Reality products. The discount structure and usage terms may be further described on the website and/or in email communications.
6.2.4. This social media activity does not affect the participant’s chances of winning the main prize (DOF Reality M2 or MOZA R9 CS Direct Drive + SR-P Lite Pedals Bundle). Participation in the main draw depends solely on proper registration via the website form.
7.1. After submitting the form, the participant will see the following on-screen message:
“Thank you! You are participating in the DOF Reality Giveaway. We have sent a confirmation email to your email address.”
7.2. On the day of registration, the participant receives a Welcome email confirming participation and briefly describing the prize and timelines.
7.3. During the Contest period, the Organizer sends participants a series of informational emails (email sequence) about the brand, prizes, timelines, and registration reminders.
7.4. The email schedule is synchronized with DOF Reality social media activities:
8.1. After the registration period ends, the Organizer compiles a list of all correctly registered participants.
8.2. The main prize winner is selected randomly using a certified randomization service or a specialized giveaway platform (such as SweepWidget or a similar service), which may be additionally specified on the landing page or in these Rules.
8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s information (age, accuracy of contact details, etc.).
8.4. If the winner:
the Organizer may invalidate the result and select a new winner from the remaining participants.
9.1. The winner is notified via the email address provided during registration and, if necessary, by phone.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize due to restrictions in the winner’s country of residence or incorrectly provided contact details.

12.1. The Contest may be promoted on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.); however, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms.
12.2. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Organizer, not to the social media platforms.
13.1. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
13.2. Any matters not governed by these Rules are subject to the laws of the Organizer’s country of registration and, where applicable, the laws relevant to participants’ jurisdictions.
13.3. The Organizer recommends that participants independently review local requirements for participation in promotional campaigns in their country of residence.
